More than fifteen years ago, Au Passage opened its doors. Since then, we've been cooking, uncorking bottles, and sharing great moments.
In the kitchen, Chef Minwoo Lee, his sous-chef Jean-Baptiste Cabassut, and the team create a daily menu of seasonal small plates made with fresh ingredients. Honest, precise and generous cooking, driven above all by the pleasure of sharing.
In the dining room, our sommeliers Léo and Lucas will guide you through our selection of natural wines. Sam is behind the cocktails, Carolina, our little ray of Mexican sunshine, brings her contagious energy, and the whole team welcomes you with a smile. At the helm, Audrey and Jean-Charles make sure Au Passage remains the kind of place where everyone feels at home.
